why brad (and another guitarist) dont post their tabs?
if i was a guitarist of a big band i wont mind if i show how to play my songs
is it just that they just want money 4 their tabs? |

some bands sell tab books. i dont know about Linkin Park, i've never seen one, but the tabs on http://www.ultimate-guitar.com are usually pretty good. LP's songs aren't that hard.

Yeah, the "official" tab books are not even done by the band, they hire some random guy to listen to the CD and transcribe the songs. Tab books by ANY band are generally full of mistakes and some are even missing entire portions of songs.
Just to give you an idea, the "official" tab book for Hybrid Theory has a 9th fret bend on the Ab string in the main riff of By Myself. That note is actually a harmonic in the middle of the 3rd fret. Not even close.

whenever they want to play on a concert are they look at some "book" of their songs? where they get it? why they cant just publish it?
im sad. I want to play it right. |
